Finding Wellness in 22

Sometimes we fool ourselves that we will be someone different in a fresh new year! Resolutions most of the time have a half life of weeks. We enter another year with new twists and turns of information about COVID. Perhaps our best foot forward into a new year is to work actively, all the time, on our wellness. We can be quick to react when we see opposing views about safety in this new year. However if you are drawn to the negative and the reactive; maybe you need to reflect and decide if you need to change your focus. If you need change, train yourself to focus and define and prioritize you...not other people's conformity. We have 100 percent chance of finding what centers us when we let go of what others do or don't do around us. Wellness is not what we do to prevent infection in others it is how our wellness brings us to a new center of life, body, mind, and spirit. Perhaps this choice may or may not become infectious and catch on....again, wellness is what you do for you. Seems others just get a secondary "contact high" by seeing who you become. Wellness is a powerful thing when we stop making it everyone else's responsibility.
