Think of 5 Beautiful Things

When you lay your head down at night see if you can recall five images from the day that caught your eye.Something(s) you would classify as images of "Beauty". Then ask yourself what inspired you to think of these things as beautiful? What stirred within you? A feeling? A reaction? A mindful pause?
To stop and appreciate beauty everyday is a far greater way to end the day than to sink into despair watching the news of events on television or read on the internet, that won't be changed in the sleep realm. Our minds need the time to re-set and regenerate from our experiences of the daily world. Perhaps ending the day on neither a positive or negative thought, but a reflection challenge and see where your dreams take you! Perhaps we will awake with a desire to look for the beauty unconsciously everyday. Five would not be a challenge to achieve nor to answer the questions.
