A moment to pause

A good question to ask yourself " Do you have moments in your life time,? Or a lifetime in moments that you can sustain your soul ?"
We can walk through the journey of a day and be unchanged by the things we see around us but to stop and realize what it means to have a connection to those people and the memories perhaps gives pause to time itself and we begin to reflect for a lifetime of the value. We instantly gaze differently that the room we sit in will become a memory of memories and the table of meals becomes the center of a universe for decisions, sharing and laughter exchange. You can look at someone a million times , you see them across the room but in a moment realize how time can be slowed by applying value. You see them differently because you are there in the essence of their moment of time. You see that a true painting and understanding of expression has been burnt into the fabric of life by stopping and being in the present.
Some call this process the art of mindfulness, to use all your senses to be truly in the moment of the present. However the awakening is the realization that you are given a present of the lifetime in that moment to take in with all your senses what will pass by for another moment in time. No regret will ever come from taking the gift of the present to enjoy a lifetime in a moment.
