Octoberfest!

Fall is the festival and a reason to celebrate. It is the onset of another season set in incredible color, nevermind all the allergies that will come with it. It is worth it. Even if the season has been drier than usual it has been ablaze with color here in northeast. I usually don't need a reason/excuse for creativity when cooking and fortunately I have hit another success. At least for my taste buds this would be a success. As some family members tell me " you have a more sophisticated taste".....nah! not me.
