Sometimes Sand...

Stress can be a powerful thing, Distress being the negative and eustress being the positive in our exposures. Laying on the beach is a very relaxing thing if you can leave every technology behind you and just be in the moment of hearing the ocean, the sea gulls, the smell of the incoming tide, and the feel of the massage of sand. Several years ago I found an artist who uses sand in the most wild way- to tell a story in art. To watch is to be mesmorized and forget the stresses of the moment. Five minutes of attention for me is 5 hours of detachment from stress and plugging through projects. Watch the video see what you think. Remember your curiousity of a child... watch.
