Taste and Attitude

I have uploaded two new areas to the site. Look under taste and you will see a recipe for a really great recipe CHICK PEAS AND SPINACH. The other is an excerpt from a book( Located under the Attitude tab) I have been working on this book for many years now and it is still in process. The passage is remarking about a summary of the wisdoms that have come to me over years. To write about all of them would be a life time... and I am not that wise! Just insightful at times. Just a teaser of information from the book.
